Fatsa is on the Black Sea coast road between Samsun and Ordu. Coming from Samsun you reach Fatsa after Ünye; coming from Ordu, after Bolaman. The bungalows are in the Kılıçlı neighbourhood, 2 km from Fatsa town centre.
